Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
UK Delivery
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail or another trusted delivery provider.
Estimated delivery times:
Express UK Delivery,: 1-2 working days after dispatch
the delivery cost foe one thobe is: £3.30 from our provider but we do charge £5 so the extra we will keep we do this as 3 or more thobes cost us more money.

International Delivery
We ship to selected international destinations using trusted delivery providers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and courier service.
Estimated international delivery:
Europe: 5-10 working days after dispatch
Rest of world: 7-15 working days after dispatch
International Taxes, Duties and Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or import processing.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at sitramana@hotmail.com with your order number. We will help you check the delivery status with the courier.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us because delivery was refused, missed, or the address was incorrect, the customer may be responsible for the cost of resending the parcel.
